CLINICS & WORKOUTS
We conduct skills based workouts by appointment. Our clinics and workout sessions focus on several skill sets critical for overall player development. This includes ball handling, game speed shooting, defense, decision making, passing, and much more. These workouts are also scheduled by appointment. These clinics focus on developing players within specific positions such as point guard, shooting/off guard, small forward, power forward and center.
Ball-Handling
We conduct targeted and highly effective ball handling workouts geared towards improving the ball handling skill sets of youth players. These workouts help players dribble with their head/s up, dribble under pressure, develop strength with both hands, and make quick decisions with the ball.
Shooting, Layups & Finishing
We training young players in the fundamentals of shooting, scoring layups, as well as finishing strong at the basket and under pressure. Our staff of trainers are strong advocates of teaching youth the proper fundamentals so they can continue to grow as players for years to come. It is far better for young players to learn to play the game of basketball the right way early on rather than have to un-teach them bad habits later on in the process.
